Survey form
Participating students complete the survey by filling in a standard template. It contains instructions and a set of 23 statements. The students are requested to tick a box as to whether the statement is true, mostly true, mostly false or false or can't say (dark green, green, red, dark red, white) and to write a short commentary. The task is essentially a rating, not a legal treatise.
